Robotic Process Automation, RPA, is about a physical robot. The concept is a software technology that makes it simple to create, deploy, and manage software robots that mimic human behavior when communicating with digital systems and software. Just like people, robots can manage & operate important works. So can't we do works like that? Of course, we can. But software robots can do it faster and more consistently than people, without the need to get up and stretch or take a coffee break.

Is this underlined sentence cruel? If robots will have feelings in the future, yes it may be…

So why has RPA become so popular?

Basically, the philosophy of RPA has been to take monotonous jobs from people to make them automated. Later, with the development of the artificial intelligence philosophy, robots that can share informative processes started to be made. Nowadays, robots can do much more complex than doing a single automated job.

Let‘s make a clear list of advantages of RPA robots: Cost-Effective; Accuracy & Quality; Consistency; Improved Analytics; Increased Employee Productivity; Increased Customer Satisfaction; Faster; Reconciliation from Multiple Systems; Versatility; Better IT Support and Management.

Actually, the advantages of RPAs are more than the list. It can be stated that the robots are new- employes of our company. If you look at the below figure you can see that future will be dominated by RPAs robots.

Has RPA the potential to eliminate jobs?

To be honest, RPAs have the potential to wipe old fashion jobs out. Is this bad for us? I think this is the best we should encourage RPA to do. So we can have enough time to focus on different kinds of jobs.

Rather than being seen as a threat that will eliminate jobs or replace humans, RPA can be viewed as a road to job growth that will benefit businesses. We should change the title to New Jobs on the Horizon.

This is my patented product (RPA Robot (RPA project) (Patented Project by Turkish Patent and Trademark Office) (Patent No: 2020/18392))

The robot gives alarm by applying image processing algorithms technique on live maps of network Provincial breakdown; it determines the problematic province. The RPA algorithm enters the district’s detailed information of the province with human behavior modeling. The robot focuses on the problem. After descending at the district level, the causing the problem is found. Then the problematic areas are found, the root cause of their problems is scanned. Field and root cause mapping is performed by an alarm scan. The root cause detection algorithm also checks the weather and whether there is an earthquake. The robot collects the necessary information, transmits the information to the relevant channels responsible for the problematic province in detail. Working as a Network service assistant.

RPA technology now allows us to incorporate advanced AI skills such as machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), character and image recognition, and more. Giving robots these AI abilities vastly improves their ability to manage cognitive processes.
